  • Communication data: the content of messages you send us by e-mail or telephone.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, collected automatically for security and the correct display of the website.

03 Purpose and legal basis for processing

We process your data in order to:

  • respond to inquiries and prepare quotes for transport and customs clearance (based on your request and steps taken prior to concluding a contract);
  • conclude and perform service contracts (performance of a contract);
  • fulfil legal obligations, including customs, tax and accounting regulations (legal obligation);
  • protect and improve the website and our communication (legitimate interest).

04 Cookies and third-party tools

The website uses only the necessary cookies that enable its basic functioning and basic traffic analytics. We do not use cookies for advertising.

On the Contact page we display an interactive map via the Mapbox service, which may process your IP address when loading in order to display the map.

05 Data retention

We retain data only for as long as is necessary to achieve the stated purposes or as required by applicable regulations. Inquiries that do not result in cooperation are deleted after a reasonable period, while documentation related to concluded business is retained for the periods prescribed by law.
